Louis Nicollin, fundador y presidente del Montpellier, cumplió hoy su promesa y, tras ver cómo su equipo se proclamaba campeón de liga por delante del París Saint-Germain (PSG), apareció en un plató de televisión con un corte de pelo con cresta y teñido con los colores del club.
"Loulou", empresario de 68 años que hizo fortuna con una empresa de recogida de basura y tratamiento de desechos, apareció de esa guisa en el plató de "France 3", tras celebrar la histórica victoria liguera del humilde Montpellier, club que preside desde 1974.
Sin embargo, el máximo responsable del campeón -cuyo presupuesto de 36 millones de euros es incluso menor que el más caro del PSG, Javier Pastore (42 millones de euros)- no se ha quedado ahí y ha prometido nuevo cambio de "look" si el Montpellier corre igual suerte en Europa.
"Si ganamos la Liga de Campeones el año que viene, me lo afeito todo", ha anunciado Nicollin.
