La almohada antironquidos

En Japón más de 2 millones de personas sufren el síndrome de apnea-hipopnea durante el sueño, es decir, no pueden dormir debido a sus propios ronquidos.
Como todos sabemos, a los japoneses les encanta inventar aparatos y están muy avanzados en lo que a tecnología se refiere. Ahora han inventado la almohada-oso antironquidos.
Este aparato funciona con un dispositivo en la mano de la persona dormida, que mide el nivel de oxígeno en la sangre y un micrófono que analiza los decibelios de la respiración. A partir de esos datos, el robot se da cuenta si la persona ronca y mueve la mano del oso de peluche hacia su cara para acariciarla, hacerle cosquillas, y que la persona se de la vuelta, o cambie de posición, y deje de hacer ruido.

The anti-snoring pillow

In Japan, more than 2 million people suffer from apnea-hypopnea syndrome during sleep, that is to say, can not sleep because of their own snoring.
As we all know, the Japanese love to invent devices and they are very advanced as far as technology is concerned. Now they have invented the anti-snoring pillow bear.
This device works with a mechanism in the hand of the sleeper, which measures the oxygen level in the blood and a microphone to analyze the decibels of breath. With these data, the robot will know if the person snores and moves the hand of the teddy bear to his face to stroke, tickle, and the person turns around, or change of position, and stop making noise.

El ladrón más tonto del mundo

Un hombre en la ciudad alemana de Osnabruck intentó atracar una sucursal bancaria hace días. Lo curioso de la historia es que  el ladrón llevaba una pistola de juguete y que esa sucursal ya había cerrado hace 17 años y ahora era un centro fisioterapéutico.
Cuando el ladrón se percató de su error, tomó a una persona como rehén y la obligó a retirar dinero de un cajero automático, concretamente 400 euros.
Después huyó en su coche, el cual abandono a pocas calles dejando olvidada en el asiento trasero la pistola de juguete con sus huellas digitales.
Más tarde fue apresado y condenado a 7 años de cárcel por 22 robos anteriores similares. Con razón le han bautizado como el ladrón más tonto del mundo.


The dumbest thief in the world

A man in the german city of Osnabruck tried to rob a bank some days ago. The funny thing in this history is that the thief had a toy gun and that the bank had closed 17 years ago and was now a physiotherapy center.
When the thief realized his mistake, took a person hostage and forced him to withdraw money from an ATM, exactly 400 euros.
Then he drove away in his car, which he abandoned near there and he left forgotten in the back seat the toy gun with his fingerprints.
He was later arrested and sentenced to 7 years in prison for 22 similar previous robberies. It's not strange that he's named the dumbest thief in the world.

Detenido por pedir marihuana en un Burger King

Shawn Porter de 32 años junto con un amigo pidieron en tono de broma un poco de marihuana en un Burger King en Deltona, Florida.
Un cajero percibió el olor a marihuana que salía del coche, anotó la matrícula de éste y más tarde un supervisor llamo al 911 para denunciarlo.
Al rastrear el número, encontraron la casa de Porter. Un ayudante del alguacil, con gran sentido del humor, entró en ella y espero con una bolsa de Burger King en la mano a que el hombre llegase.
Se hallaron 28 gramos de marihuana en el coche. Porter fue acusado de posesión de drogas y permanece detenido con una fianza de 1000 dólares.


Arrested for asking for marijuana at a Burger King

A 32-year-old man called Shawn Porter and a friend jokingly asked for some marijuana in a Burger King in Deltona, Florida.
A cashier noticed the smell of marijuana coming out of the car, he wrote the registration number down and later a supervisor called 911 to report it.
By tracking down the number, Porter's house was found. A deputy sheriff, with a great sense of humor, entered and waited for the man with a bag of Burger King in a hand.
28 grams of marijuana were found in the car. Porter was charged with drug possession and remains in custody with a bail set at $ 1000.

Le nombran por error viceministro de agricultura

Tras la renuncia de Silvio Berlusconi, Mario Monti, el nuevo primer ministro de Italia, inició un reajuste ministerial, buscando incluir nuevos talentos para gobernar al país y sacarlo de su crisis de la deuda. Sin embargo cometieron un cómico error.
Francesco Braga, un profesor de agronomía de origen italiano en una universidad de Ontario, al sudeste de Canadá, descubrió su nombre y su foto en un artículo digital, en el cual se anunciaba su nombramiento como viceministro de agricultura de Italia, país del que se había ido hace 28 años.
"Mi mujer pensó que mis amigos de Italia me estaban gastando una broma" declaró Francesco.
Más tarde, empezó a recibir una avalancha de felicitaciones, entre ellas la del propio ministro de Agricultura, Mario Catania, quien lo animaba a aceptar el cargo.
Pero tras comunicarse con funcionarios de más alto rango descubrió que se trataba de un malentendido. El puesto era en realidad para Franco Braga, un profesor de ingeniería civil experto en terremotos.
Sonriente, Francesco Braga dijo que "es un triste día para el sector agropecuario de Italia, si nombran a un ingeniero civil, especialista de la construcción de edificios resistentes a terremotos, y no a un economista que conoce el sector".


Mistakenly named Deputy Minister for Agriculture

After the resignation of Silvio Berlusconi, Mario Monti, the new prime minister of Italy, opened a cabinet reshuffle, intending to incluide new talents in order to rule the country and get it out of its debt crisis. But they made a funny mistake.
Francesco Braga, an italian agronomy professor of a university in Ontario, southeastern Canada, discovered his name and photo on a digital item, which announced his appointment as Deputy Minister for Agriculture of Italy, that he had left 28 years ago.
"My wife thought my friends from Italy were playing tricks on me," said Francesco.
Later, he began to receive a flood of congratulations, including one of the minister of Agriculture Mario Catania, who encouraged him to accept the position.
But after communicating with higher government employees he discovered that it was a misunderstanding. The post was actually for Franco Braga, a professor of civil engineering expert on earthquakes.
Smiling, Francesco Braga said "it's a sad day for the agricultural sector in Italy, if you appoint a civil engineer, a specialist in the construction of earthquake resistant buildings, not an economist who knows the industry."

Se tatuará 100000 URLs en su cuerpo

Un joven canadiense de la ciudad de Quebec llamado Pat Vaillancourt ha decidido tatuarse por todo su cuerpo 100.000 direcciones web.
Esta excentricidad tiene como objetivo recaudar fondos para las víctimas del terremoto que sacudió Haití en el 2010.
"Soy una persona espontánea, con convicciones y pasional. No temo participar en proyectos no convencionales como éste", declaró Vaillancourt. El joven está buscando sponsors que le paguen 35 dólares por que la dirección de su página web quede permanente en su piel.
El objetivo de este canadiense es batir el récord mundial de más direcciones web tatuadas en el cuerpo y una vez que llegue a las 100.000 prometió que donará más de la mitad a organizaciones de caridad para ayudar a Haití.

Condenado a pagar 10000 euros por no tener relaciones sexuales

En la sentencia emitida en mayo de 2011 y revelada ahora, el Tribunal de Apelaciones de Aix-en-Provence (sudeste de Francia) condenó a un hombre a pagar la cantidad de 10.000 euros a su ex esposa en concepto de daños y perjuicios por no haber mantenido relaciones sexuales durante años.

La mujer, casada con él desde 1986 y madre de dos hijos interpuso una denuncia contra su ex marido alegando que en los últimos años de su relación su marido se negaba rotundamente en todas ocasiones a tener relaciones sexuales con ella, hecho que había terminado por acabar con su matrimonio.

El tribunal le dio la  razón a la mujer basandonse en el artículo 1382 del código civil, que prevé que cualquier persona que causa "daño" a otra debe repararlo.

Sin duda alguna, no hay lugar para hombres tan malvados en un país reconocidamente amoroso como es Francia.

Fined 10000 euros for not having sex

 In the decision issued in may 2011 and revealed now, the Court of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence (southeastern France) sentenced a man to pay the amount of  10,000 euros to his ex-wife by way of damages for non-having sex for years.
The woman, married to him since 1986 and mother of two children reported a complaint against her former husband, alleging that in the last years of their relationship her husband flatly refused on all occasions to have sex with her, a fact which had come to end his marriage.
The court ruled in favor of women basing on in the 1382 article of the Civil Code which provides that any person who causes "harm" to another person must repair it.
Undoubtedly, there is no place for men as evil in a country like France that is known for love.
